Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a shift supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management and to serve as the Customer Experience Advocate. The role includes carrying out opening and closing procedures when management is unavailable and resolving customer service issues as they arise.

The candidate should possess a minimum High School Diploma or GED, with an AS degree or higher preferred. Prior related experience is valued to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to training

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise staff in absence of store management.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Open and close procedures when management absent.
