Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead by example to ensure brand standards and superior service while managing staff and store procedures.

You will oversee hiring and training, delegate duties, and ensure tasks are completed on time. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on food safety and cleanliness in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food service experience helpful, especially in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, safety and store cleanliness.
• Provide superior customer service to all customers.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of store employees.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks and follow up with staff.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry as directed by management.
• Handle special assignments and projects as needed.
