Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with health, wage, age and safety rules.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Operate shifts within guidelines for cost, labor, and sales.
• Provide leadership to the team to meet service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist GM with current operations and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and discipline.
• Ensure programs and reports are accurate and on schedule.
• Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner that affect the business.
• Able to stand for up to 13 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
