Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant profitability and operations in Georgia. You will ensure compliance with health and wage regulations while leading a team to provide great guest service and a clean, friendly dining experience.

The GM will manage food and labor costs, drive sales growth, and implement company initiatives. Weekend and some night availability are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Ability to hire, train and motivate a high-performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability.
• Open availability — weekends and some nights required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA.
• Provide leadership to the team to deliver guest service, quality and cleanliness consistent with Firehouse Subs culture.
• Ensure profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop the management team.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain equipment and communicate issues to ownership.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
