Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a shift supervisor responsible for the profitable operation of a designated shift. You will ensure compliance with health and wage regulations, enforce company policies, and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest service and cleanliness.

You will assist the GM with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, and you will coordinate with management to implement game plans and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Strong knowledge of health, wage, and employment laws.
• Proven ability to train and discipline staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage regulations and other legal requirements.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain profitability by managing food cost, labor, and utilities within guidelines.
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist the GM with hiring, training and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are completed on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner about issues impacting the business.
• Work on feet for up to 13 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
