Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant complies with all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA and OSHA requirements
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
• Drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, and utilities within guidelines
• Coordinate and implement current operations plans and company initiatives
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and ensure proper training and development
• Lead local restaurant marketing efforts and participate in community engagement
• Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are completed on schedule
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally to customers and the community
• Communicate issues to the GM/Owner that may impact the business
• Maintain kitchen and dining room equipment and report problems promptly
• Other duties as assigned by the Owner
