Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations for Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, and Carvel. You will oversee Team Members, ensure product quality, and uphold safety standards during your shift.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing cash and reports, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience.
• Current ServSafe certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and ability to use a calculator accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations in the manager's or supervisor's absence and supervise team members.
• Maintain food preparation and presentation standards for Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, or Carvel products.
• Direct and coordinate team members, monitor shifts, breaks, and workload distribution.
• Ensure guest service is exemplary and address guest needs and complaints promptly.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily cash reports.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
