Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC, a leading operator of Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Carvel and Jamba Juice locations nationwide, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role involves supervising staff, scheduling and training, inventory oversight, and enforcing safety, quality, and brand standards; you will act as a working manager on the front line to guide the team and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise staff and direct scheduling and training.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with vendor invoices as needed.
