Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Supervise staff and direct scheduling and training.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with vendor invoices as needed.
