Red Robin is hiring Hourly Shift Supervisors who help run day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. As a leadership team member, you are an ambassador of our BURGER values, work to maximize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

You may also perform other hourly roles as needed. You will lead Team Members, uphold culture and standards, ensure compliance with wage, liquor, and safety rules, and strive for guest

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months full service restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Lead Team Members to deliver world class guest experiences.
• Uphold BURGER values and company policies including safety and sanitation.
• Maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness and assist with other hourly roles as needed.
