Job summary

Red Robin is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors in Tacoma, WA. You will oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, acting as a brand ambassador to uphold BURGER values and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 21+ and restaurant experience, with flexible scheduling, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Training and growth opportunities are provided within the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and/or local Health and Safety Departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant during mid and closing shifts under management supervision.
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Robin Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead Team Members, resolve guest interactions, and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist with FOH/HOH duties and other tasks as assigned by exempt management, including food preparation and service.
