Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate with GM for shift performance.
• Communicate with next shift supervisor for handovers.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring of new team members.
• Rally the team and provide exceptional guest service.
• Enforce rules as described in the Employee Handbook.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork; bilingual skills a plus.
