Miguel’s Restaurants is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations during a shift, working with the GM/AGM to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role offers growth opportunities toward AGM and GM positions, and requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong English communication, and basic MS Office skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Proficient in English; Spanish skills a plus.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff with GM/AGM to ensure shift performance.
• Coordinate handovers with the next shift.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new team members.
• Rally team and provide exceptional guest service.
• Enforce rules per the employee handbook.
