Miguel’s Jr. in Lake Elsinore, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the front- and back-of-house during a shift, working with the GM/AGM as applicable. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and end-to-end shift management.

The position requires supervising staff, delivering guest service excellence, and ensuring adherence to company policies; bilingual Spanish is a plus. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunity for growth within the company.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively lead a team with English-speaking guests.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Mansioni

• Supervise staff and coordinate with GM/AGM to ensure shift performance.
• Communicate with the next shift supervisor for a prepared handover.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new team members.
• Rally the team and provide exceptional guest service.
• Enforce rules described in the Miguel's Restaurants Employee Handbook.
• Bilingual (Spanish) understanding is a plus; maintain office duties and paperwork.
