Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. in Menifee is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a restaurant shift, working with the GM/AGM and ensuring smooth FOH and BOH operations. This role is a key developmental step toward higher management.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong English communication, and basic MS Office skills; Spanish bilingualism is a plus. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including PTO/ PSL and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader.
• Bilingual (Spanish) understanding and conversational proficiency a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff with GM/AGM to ensure optimum shift performance for guests and team.
• Communicate with the next shift's supervisor for a prepared handover.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new Team Members.
• Rally the team and provide exceptional Guest Service.
• Enforce rules and regulations per the Employee Handbook.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork as required.
