Job summary

Miguel's Jr. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, reporting to the GM/AGM. This role is a key developmental position with opportunities to advance to AGM and GM.

You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold company policies, and participate in interviews. Requirements include 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong English communication, and basic MS Office skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate with GM/AGM to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Provide excellent guest service and lead the team during the shift.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding of new team members when needed.
• Enforce company policies and maintain orderly front- and back-of-house operations.
