Miguel’s Jr. - Grand Terrace is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and guest service. You will work with the GM/AGM to manage both FOH and BOH duties, ensuring smooth shift-to-shift transitions and a high standard of hospitality.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. We offer a rich benefits package and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Proficient in oral and written communication for a diverse guest base.
• Ability to lead and participate in FOH and BOH operations with English-speaking guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff alongside GM/AGM to ensure shift performance.
• Coordinate handovers between shifts with care and forethought.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new team members.
• Rally the team to provide exceptional guest service.
• Enforce company rules and regulations as outlined in handbook.
• Maintain office duties and related paperwork; bilingual skills are a plus.
