Miguel's Jr. Eastvale is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, working alongside the GM/AGM. The role emphasizes guest service, team leadership, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service, strong English communication, and basic MS Office skills. A bilingual (Spanish) ability is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively lead a team.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate with GM/AGM to ensure smooth shift performance.
• Handover to next shift with forethought and clear communication.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new Team Members.
• Rally the team to deliver exceptional Guest Service.
• Enforce rules and regulations as described in the employee handbook.
• Bilingual (Spanish) understanding and conversational proficiency is a plus.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork as required.
