Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and guest service in Lancaster. The role requires guiding the team through opening, prep, and closing duties, while coordinating with the chef leadership team and other departments to uphold service excellence.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, plus an overnight premium of $2.00/hour for hours 12:00 AM–5:00 AM, and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service for guests.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
