Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Harrisburg to oversee kitchen operations, ensure top-quality food and service, and manage overnight shifts with a $2.00/hour premium on eligible hours. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and offers comprehensive benefits.

You will lead a restaurant team, coordinate with chef leadership, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure enough stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with staff pre- and post-service.
• Uphold operating and quality standards and present a professional leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of employees.
