Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service in Lancaster. You will lead opening, prep, and closing duties while coordinating with the chef leadership team and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong leadership, and excellent communication. 21+ to work in the US, with ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading or supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments for guest quality.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe, functional, and maintained.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Meet operating and quality standards consistently.
• Uphold professional and ethical leadership at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
