Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers. You will lead the restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing, and coordinate with the chef leadership team and other departments to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive, process, and track kitchen orders and deliveries.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas.
