Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. The role involves leading the opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with chefs and other departments, and maintaining stock and safety standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds
• 21+ and legally eligible to work in the US
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability including night and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for high-quality service
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol
• Maintain stock and assist with supplies and ordering
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house areas
• Monitor operating costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and kept in good working order
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff
• Provide training and development for restaurant employees
