We have an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: 3M New Ulm - 1700 North Minnesota Street, New Ulm, MN 56073. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of previous janitor supervisory experience.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00

Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
