About the Role

In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Collaborating with your leadership team, your goal is to model and teach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors with every customer, providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus.
  • Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed efficiently to support store operations.
  • Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in completing work before or after store hours, including opening and closing checklists.
  • Leverage omni-channel strategies to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met.
