Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions.

• Location: Stonebridge At Montgomery - 100 Hollinshead Spring Road, Skillman, NJ 08558.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisory and dining experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
