Job Details

• Location: 3M Hutchinson - 915 Adams Street Southeast, Hutchinson, MN 55350. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time. First Shift: Sunday - Thursday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; Second Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of supervisory experience.
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, oversee completion of job expectations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
4. Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor employees and encourage goal setting and career development.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
