About the Role
In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to role model and teach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors with every customer to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing on the customer.
Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
Assist in completing work before or after store hours, including opening and closing checklists.
Leverage omni-channel strategies to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Ensure all compliance standards are met.
