About the Role

This role involves supporting the store leadership team by performing assigned functional tasks. You will serve as a role model to employees, supporting selling behaviors and executing tasks within your expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
  2. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  3. Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and role model these behaviors to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  4. Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing on the customer.
  5. Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure work tasks are completed efficiently.
  6. Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  7. Assist in completing work before or after store hours, including opening and closing checklists.
  8. Leverage omni-channel platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  9. Ensure compliance standards are met.
