Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety requirements. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and drive daily operations across the plaza.

The role requires experience in cash handling and customer service, with leadership background preferred. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected as part of a fast-paced travel plaza

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
