Red Robin in Henderson, NV is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will supervise staff, ensure food quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and protect brand standards.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll train teammates, resolve guest concerns, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
