Job summary

Red Robin in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.

As part of the leadership team, you will uphold brand standards, resolve guest issues, and contribute to profit maximization while maintaining food quality and cleanliness. Training and career growth are available for highly motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to supervise peers with business maturity.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand equity and guest experience.
• Resolve guest interactions and help maximize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
