Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams at our New Jersey locations. You will ensure exceptional customer service, supervise daily tasks, and uphold brand standards and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, POS operations, cash handling, and training new team members. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Support training of new team members and maintain brand standards.
