You will train new hires, manage opening/closing tasks, and support daily operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Ensure food safety and proper product handling.
• Train new team members and monitor policy compliance.
• Follow brand standards and company procedures.
• Communicate concerns or issues to plaza leadership.
