Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in New Jersey seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. You will help train new team members and monitor cash handling practices.

You'll supervise daily operations, engage with travelers, manage opening and closing duties, and support the plaza leadership to maintain smooth service and compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and coworkers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
