Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met. You will supervise team members, train new hires, and monitor cash handling practices.

This role requires standing for long periods, a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced travel plaza environment while maintaining guest

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Ensure proper food handling and maintain brand standards.
• Train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
