Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate office productivity machinery.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers, supporting peak hours.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
• Supervise shifts in the manager’s absence and help train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and participate in audits and loss-control activities.
• Collaborate with the team to adhere to regulations and store policies.
• Operate POS, computers, and handheld devices to perform transactions and reports.
