Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in store operations including daily reporting, banking, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and promotions; ensure products are stocked and faced.
• Supervise shifts in manager's absence; train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and participate in audits; work to meet sales goals.
• Work with technology (POS systems, computers, devices) for transactions and reports.
