MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Break Time Shift Leaders to support store operations in the Columbia, MO area. You will supervise shifts in the manager's absence, assist with daily banking, inventory, and financial recordkeeping, and promote food service and safety.

As a front-line leader, you will engage customers, support merchandising programs, and ensure prompt, courteous service while maintaining store cleanliness and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person in fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform math calculations and shift reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including banking and inventory.
• Support merchandising and promotions; keep merchandise stocked and clean.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain timely communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and participate in audits and loss control.
