Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transport to bank.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and account for numbers.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate a computer and office devices.
• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers during peak hours.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including daily reporting, banking, inventory and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and assist in training new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, employees and management.
• Understand store finances and assist with cash handling, audits and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team to adhere to regulations and store operations.
• Utilize point of sale and store technology to perform transactions and reports.
