Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Assist in merchandising, promotions, and inventory maintenance.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and participate in audits and loss control.
• Work as part of a team to meet regulations and store goals.
• Operate POS systems and count stock during shifts.
