Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to act as the person in charge of the store in the absence of, or directed by, the General Manager, during the assigned shift. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, motivated, and a team player.

All locations and all positions will be tipped positions, and the role requires supervising crew members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth shift operations. Strong communication and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of previous shift supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members including breaks.
• In the event of call-offs, contact Manager and secure replacements.
• Monitor product quality and adherence to procedures; correct as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address questions or complaints.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and routine maintenance.
• Manage shift funds and cash handling according to policies.
• Record and supervise inventory and paperwork for managers.
• Train new employees as directed by Manager.
