Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations and ensure top-notch customer service across our travel plaza locations. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies.

You will oversee opening/closing tasks, operate POS systems, and maintain product quality while actively cross-selling offerings and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to policies.
