You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and uphold performance expectations. The role requires standing long hours, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a collaborative approach with plaza leadership.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and handle cash following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
