Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will help train new team members and oversee cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving customer concerns, managing opening/closing tasks, operating the POS system, and maintaining product quality and cleanliness across the plaza.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
