Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, handling payments, and maintaining product quality through proper food handling and stocking. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Availability for flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and maintain brand standards.
