Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Clyde, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift activity, ensure customer service excellence, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, operating the POS, preparing kitchen tasks, stocking, and cross-selling products, while maintaining product knowledge and upholding safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
