Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You’ll train new team members and monitor cash handling procedures.

The role requires standing for extended periods, flexible scheduling including nights and holidays, and compliance with store policies. Join a fast-paced team at our Clyde, OH plazas and contribute to a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labelling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
