• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise store crew through directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
