Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold brand standards. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure compliance with food safety policies across the plaza operations.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling and customer service experience, plus the ability to work flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact politely with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service to travelers and resolve issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling rules.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services and assist training of new team members.
