Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, lead a team through peak periods, and ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with brand standards and food safety policies.

You will train new hires, manage cash handling, and ensure daily opening/closing procedures are followed, while maintaining knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and labeling.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety requirements.
• Inform leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
